Shopping Monster's 30 Day Return Policy
Although we left no stone unturned in providing the best services to our customers and try hard to make each shopping experience them a step ahead from the last one. Is still if you are not 100% satisfied with any of our products, then you can get a full refund by returning your order within 30 days of the purchase.
For returning of Order, you just have to contact our executives either through phone or email as per details on the Contact page, within 30 days from the date of order. We return products only when the products are returned in a saleable condition with the tags intact and in their original packaging, in an unwashed and undamaged condition.
Nonreturnable Products
Certain items such as Innerwear, Lingerie, Fragrances, Beauty products, Swimsuits, Socks, Jewellery, CDs, Pens & Books are non-returnable.
Returning Process
As you request for returning a product with our executives, it will usually take around 48-72 hours to get the product picked from your place. But there are certain where don't have pick-up service, from such places you have to courier the product to our office (address is on our contact page). Once we receive the product, we will carry out product inspection and it will take around 2-3 days to revert on the issue. After inspection, we will initiate the refund process and the receipt of payment at your depends on the mode of payment chosen by you.

Different modes of getting Refund
If the payment was made by Credit Card or Net-Banking, we can either issue SM Money or reverse credit to the Credit Card or credit your Net-Banking account. SM Money can be used on a future purchase on the website.
If the payment made was by Cash on Delivery, we can either issue SM Money or Bank Transfer. SM Money can be utilized on a future purchase on the website.
If SM Money were used to make a purchase, a refund will only be issued as SM Money. This can be utilized on a future purchase on the website.

Other Charges
If you have paid shipping at the time of purchase and returning the product, then the shipping charge would not be included in the refund value of your order as this is a non-refundable charge.
Cash on Delivery convenience charge would also not be included in the refund value of your order as this is also a non-refundable charge.
If you have paid any courier charges to end the product to the office for returning, then we will refund the courier charges spend by you max up to Rs. 80 per kg. This amount will be refunded if you send the scanned copy of the receipt within 7 working days otherwise flat amount of Rs. 100 will be refunded in your account.
